When should I start this course? Am I too late to start at 1 year post surgery?

The earliest time to start this class is 5 weeks post surgery. If your knee straightening isn’t getting any better by 5 weeks, start this course ASAP. The latest is time to start this course is… anytime. We have had clients report success beyond the 1 year mark.

If you are earlier than 5 weeks post surgery and you are concerned about your knee range of motion, you’ll want to start the Post Surgery Course ASAP to get on track.

When is the start date for class? Do I have to log in live?

There are no live aspects to this course. This is a pre-recorded course so you can go at your own pace. There is no start date to the course. You can enroll at anytime so you can get started right away. You  will also be able to start and stop the course at any time.

What equipment do I need for this course?

You will need:
2 chairs
2 pillows
a beda bike
a hand towel
a bath towel
a belt, dog leash or towel
an ankle weight (2-5 pounds) (or bag of rice/beans)
ice packs or ice machine
heating pad

Do you HAVE to all these things? No, not necessarily, but if you want to get the most benefit from this course, I definitely recommend all of the above.
