When should I start this course? Am I too late to start at 1 year post surgery?

The earliest time to start this class is 5 weeks post surgery. If your knee bending isn’t getting any better by 5 weeks, start this course ASAP. The latest is time to start this course is… anytime. We've had reports of improvements even 3 years post op!

If you are earlier than 5 weeks post surgery and you are concerned about your knee bending, you’ll want to start the Post Surgery Course ASAP to get on track.

Do you HAVE to all these things? No, not necessarily, but if you want to get the most benefit from this course, I definitely recommend all of the above.
